KAMA FLOW partner Pavel Okhonin spoke at the Invest Regatta Innopolis panel discussion, where he discussed with leading venture capital market players the development prospects, trends and achievements of the industry in the first half of 2024.
"We have been investing in pre-seed and seed stage startups for more than 10 years, for the last few years we have been actively focusing on A, B stage companies as well. KAMA FLOW conducts up to 10-12 deals with companies at different stages every year, including through tools related to university startups.
We see interest in projects, including those at early stages, as large technology companies, especially those that have recently gone public, are interested in M&A deals. Many such companies are announcing programmes to buy technology start-ups that can expand their product line and build into their core business."
Another participant from KAMA FLOW, Sergey Gaivoronsky, took part in the pitch show of startups and residents of SEZ Innopolis as an expert and jury member. The projects presented included startups from various technological spheres, including PropTech, FinTech and analytical products for business.
