Eugene Borisov took part in the Private Equity and M&A Conference

Kama Flow Partner Eugene Borisov took part in the 5th Annual Private Equity and M&A Conference, which took place on March 15-16 in Moscow.

The event gathers representatives of private equity funds, family offices, investment banks, investment and industrial groups, private investors and other market participants to discuss the most relevant topics, search for strategies for further development and creation of new partnerships.

During the second day of the conference dedicated to venture investments, Evgeny and his colleagues discussed issues related to transaction structuring, operational interaction of investors with the founders of technology projects, the impact of the pandemic on the industry, and also shared successful cases of venture transactions in Russia and abroad. He noted that in the near future, an excess of liquidity is expected in the Russian market, which can be directed to direct investments in the technology business.
